gpe-mininet software package provides network connectivity monitor for GPE, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gpe-mininet
gpe-mininet is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gpe-mininet package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpe-mininet *
You will get with gpe-mininet package name, version, architecture and description in a table
